• Clinical Supervisor Position
  In the field of substance abuse treatment, Spectrum stands out. We have an opening for a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical activities of the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
  
  This position assists the Program Director in the direct management of all aspects of the Program at the assigned site and acts as the Director in Program Director's absence. They also work closely with the Tennessee Department of Corrections personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services. We offer a great team environment with the opportunity to work with dedicated professionals to assist clients in substance abuse treatment. Licensure requirements: LCSW or LPC. Experience working with Alcohol and Drug Counseling and a background in Corrections a must. 1 year supervisory experience.
  
  Spectrum is looking for a Program Director to provide clinical and operational supervision of the Therapeutic Community Treatment Program. This position works closely with Tennessee Department of Correction personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services. The Program Director will have the opportunity to handle a caseload of inmates providing both clinical and case management services.
  
  Requirements Must be licensed in Tennessee as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC). Master's degree or equivalent experience in behavioral or social sciences or corrections preferred. Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
